Save the date: Saturday, Dec. 3rd.
Attend Mt. Hood Summit III with Walden and Blumenauer (in Portland or Hood River)

Congressmen Earl Blumenauer and Greg Walden are asking you to help shape the future of two of Oregon's most beloved icons. They are sponsoring a third Mount Hood Summit, and asking Oregonians to come tell them what they think about protecting the wild lands surrounding the mountain and in the Columbia Gorge.

Hood River Summit: Saturday, December 3, 9:00 - 11:00 AM
Best Western Hood River Inn, 1108 E Marina Way, Hood River (From I-84 take Exit 64)

Portland Summit: Saturday, December 3, 1:30 - 3:30 PM
Portland State University, Hoffman Hall, 1833 SW 11th Ave (Corner of 12th and Harrison) Portland

We expect to hear significant proposals from the Congressmen at these summits. Please plan on attending one of these meetings so your voice can be heard. We have developed TALKING POINTS; representatives from the CSWF Coalition will be available to help with your statements. Please come with a special place in the Mt. Hood National Forest in mind.

Holiday Fun and Fundraising

The weather is getting colder, and it's time to start thinking about decorations and gifts for the holidays. CSWF volunteers will be selling Christmas wreaths and pear gift boxes again on Saturdays at REI and Patagonia. Please visit these Portland-area locations to pick up some for yourself and friends, or call Trout Creek Orchard about selling your own.
